We welcome and request your feedback on your College of Science experience

As a college, we aspire to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals from all backgrounds, respecting differences in discipline, national origin, race, ethnicity, age, ability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, religion and beliefs.  To achieve this goal, we ask for your support by providing feedback regarding both positive and negative interactions that you have had with other members of the College of Science community.  Reports of positive experiences help us recognize those individuals who enhance our environment, while reports of negative interactions help us address potential problems.
